Most sleeping bags need to go to manufacturing according to your order, the manufacturing time is usually 3-7 days. Some sizes of sleeping bags need longer time to manufacture, we will contact you if the time is longer.

Shipments need to be delivered to international carriers’ warehouses via local transportation before international shipment, which takes 3-5 days.

For EU countries, we will transit through a third party company in a European warehouse, the import time is about 2-3 weeks. You don’t need to pay taxes, just wait for the receipt of the goods. The local courier we use is DHL or DPD.

For other countries, we will mail directly to your area. Tax issue depends on local policy.

RETURN

Since sleeping bags are intimate items, we only accept returns on unused sleeping bags.

Please make sure that the sleeping bag has not been actually used and is free of tears and stains before returning it. Please return the sleeping bag with all items in the original packaging to the address below:
