Description

In this service, we will collect your sleeping bags or other recyclable down products, which include: down clothing, down duvets, down sleeping bags, etc.

I will disassemble your down products and recover the down inside, and dispose of some bad down. The recovery rate will generally be between 80% and 90%, if it is lower than this rate, we will recommend not to recycle it because the down may have been severely damaged.

You can choose to fill your designated sleeping bag shell with the recycled down to form a new down sleeping bag.

Please contact us if you need to send us a product for recycling before we can perform this service.

Making sleeping bags according to orders

We will make your sleeping bag after receive orders, so that we can ensure that the down will not be compressed for a long time and the performance of the down will deteriorate. We guarantee that the down in each product is "fresh".

Domestic Transportation

Package products and send them to International Express Agents. Our studio is located on a beautiful lake side, but there is no FedEx office here, so we have to ship packages through local shipping to cities that have International Express Service, a process that takes 2-4 days.

5-7 days

International Express

Depending on your country, it usually takes 7-10 days for FedEx, DHL or TNT to deliver to you, some countries may take longer, please check FedEx official website for specific time frame.

If you choose economy shipping, it will take longer than using FedEx, but usually not more than 30 days.
